Early Morning: Wake Up With Joe
New week, new day — same charisma and energy from Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena, who wants you to use this period of containment to get in the single best shape of your life. Afternoon Training: 15-Minute Full-Body Workout
Three-time American Ninja Warrior and pull-up expert Angela Gargano presents a three-circuit, 15-minute full-body workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home. The first circuit is AMRAP (as many reps as possible), the second is EMOM (every minute on the minute), and the third is the finisher.
Afternoon Snack: Stovetop Kettle Corn
