Jain believes strongly in the effects of tea (which we, of course, love. It's why we created Spartan Tea.) He shared a favorite tea recipe of his, specifically for gut health.
Jain's Gut Health Tea Recipe:
— Grated, fresh turmeric
— Grated, fresh ginger
— Freshly-grounded cardamom
— Freshly-grounded cloves
— Freshly-grounded black pepper
— Freshly-grounded fennel seeds
"Let it boil in the water for five to 10 minutes," Jain says. "I put a small amount of oat milk on top and drink my tea. Sometimes I also boil with black tea, which I put in for 2 minutes after my fresh brew above."
