Pumpkin Spice Pudding

Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)
- 1 medium avocado, ripe
- ½ cup pumpkin puree, canned (not pumpkin pie filling)
- ½ cup Powerful Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If you have access to an immersion blender, go for it. (you’ll need to use a spatula a couple times to help it along)
