Spartan Race Types: Find the Right OCR for You
What is a Spartan Race? We offer multiple Spartan Race types suitable for all levels of athletes. Most of our athletes start with a Sprint distance race or a course in our Stadium series. However, there’s nothing stopping someone who’s comfortable with their fitness level to jump right into a Super, or even the Beast. And, once you’re hooked, you won’t be satisfied until you earn your Trifecta.
Below, study up on our quick guide to the different Spartan race types and discern which one you want to tackle next!

Generally, these races contain no mud, water, or barbwire. Spartan’s Stadium Sprints can be best described as a combination of a CrossFit endurance workout, stair climbing session, and indoor track race.
