Backyard WOD: Athleticism Day 1
For this workout, you can simply run around your neighborhood. We use time instead of distance to measure duration.
Warm up:
Acumobility Dynamic warm up Run 5 minutes, gradually increasing in tempo
Main Set:
Run 4 minutes 2 minutes jog/walk Run 6 minutes 3 minutes jog/walk Run 8 minutes 4 minutes jog/walk 10-30 burpees
Repeat 2-3 times
Cool down:
Stretch
