Warmup
- Easy jog
- A few 40-yard runs
Main Set
- Run 400 yards,10 to 30 burpees, recover 3 minutes
- 10 to 30 burpees, run 400 yards, recover 3 minutes
- Repeat as need
Cool Down
- Easy jog, stretch
Beginner Version: Perform the main set x2
Advance Version: Perform the workout interval x6, and then finish with a 2- to 4-mile run.
