Becoming a Spartan isn’t all that complicated. It’s just exclusively for doers.

Warmup

  • Easy jog
  • A few 40-yard runs

Main Set

  • Run 400 yards,10 to 30 burpees, recover 3 minutes
  • 10 to 30 burpees, run 400 yards, recover 3 minutes
  • Repeat as need

Cool Down

  • Easy jog, stretch

Beginner Version: Perform the main set x2

Advance Version: Perform the workout interval x6, and then finish with a 2- to 4-mile run.
