Runs about 2 sizes too small

Reviews said runs small so I ordered a size up, still too small so am in the process of exchanging for one more size larger. Except for the sizing issues, they seem nice and I can’t wait to wear them.

I’m usually satisfied with my orders. The Capri pants must run small. They are really tight. Can’t send back because I assumed they would fit and threw everything out.
