Warm-up

- 3 x 30 seconds dead hang
Main Set:
- Run 2 minutes
- 1-2 minutes Farmer's Carry with Pancake
- Rest 1 minute
- Run 2 minutes
- 1-2 minutes dead hang
- Rest 1 minute
- Repeat 3-10 times
Cool Down:
- Stretch
