I have not completed my beast, yet. Plan to do it before the end of this year in Sebring FL. My co-worker is responsible for getting me hooked on OCR. I realize how good this is for my health at 60 YO.
I bought one for him to, we both have the hanging in our offices.

Not too big and not too small

I feel like Ive seen other Spartan flags and they are like, 1 foot by 1 foot. This is a bit bigger than that, but not huge like the typical gym/home gym flags you see. I think the size is great for me because I have a smaller home gym.
