What if I bought an Ultra Pass for 2024?
Purchase of an Ultra Season Pass in 2024 grants you 1 free year of Spartan+. This particular membership type starts January 1st 2024 and runs through December 31st 2024.
What if I bought a Season or Trifecta pass in 2024 and I want to purchase Spartan+ at the 50% discount
2024 Season and Trifecta Pass holders receive a 50% discount to upgrade to a Spartan+ membership. Your membership will be valid from date of purchase to the following year. Codes can be found in your pass welcome email that you received after purchase.

How do I access the Member Zone?
First check our schedule to see which events the tent will be at.One you have arrived at the event you will need to check in by providing your last name at the kiosk. Once you are verified you will be given a wristband which will give you access to the tent for the day. Check In is required each day.

How does my 100% Ticket Protection work?
If Spartan cancels or reschedules an Event for any reason, including cancellation.Spartan will automatically refund you where an Event is canceled and not rescheduled. No action necessary.

How does my Photo Credit Work?
Spartan+ Members will receive a promotional code once per quarter (up to 4x per year), with a value equal to or up to the cost of 1 high resolution photo. Credit can only be applied post event, to either a 1 photo purchase or towards a photo package bundle. To receive their quarterly promotional code, Spartan+ members must be members in good standing for at least 3 consecutive months.

  • - Spartan+ Members will be able to apply this promotional code to any photo purchases AFTER THE EVENT only.
  • - Spartan+ Member Promo codes will NOT be valid for photo package purchases made in the registration process or before the event. Promo codes can not be retroactively applied to purchases made prior to the event, or purchases that are completed without inserting and applying the promotional code.
  • Promotional codes can not be “stacked” and must be used one code per transaction.

    How do I access workouts and programs?
    Download The Spartan App and once you have purchased Spartan+ either on Web or In-app you will be able to access the Train pages.

    US ONLY. Membership 20% off discount and free shipping not valid for Legendborne, Power Systems, RAMfit, TrueForm, iTab products or Gift Cards. Discount can be redeemed at spartan.com, and can't be used in addition to other sales, codes or offers. Spartan+ membership customers must use the email they used to sign up for Spartan Membership program at checkout. Discount expires when the membership is no longer active.  Spartan+ member Recovery Zone will be available at Select Weekends. Pre-race emails will include a full list of benefits you can expect on race day.

    Spartan Plus Ticket Protection Program. Where You are a Spartan Plus member at the time of purchase of any registration for an Event and remain a Spartan Plus member through the date of the Event purchased (or as of the date of canceling or rescheduling) (“Qualified Member”), You will be automatically refunded the purchase price paid for that Event (inclusive of service fees and taxes paid) where that Event is canceled by Spartan for any reason. Where Spartan reschedules an Event for a Qualified Member, Spartan will refund the purchase price of that rescheduled Event upon request by the Qualified Member made in writing no later than 60 days from the date that the Event was originally scheduled. Only a Qualified Member that has directly purchased an Event registration for a rescheduled Event may request a refund of fees paid. SEASON PASS HOLDERS ONLY: Where a Qualified Member is a Season Pass holder and registers for an Event that is canceled, Spartan will only refund the fees paid by the Season Pass holder for the canceled Event and not for the underlying cost of the Season Pass.
