The Ultimate Spartan Playlist

This 26-song playlist is made up of greatest hits from our previous collection of the 100 best workout songs, found here. With everything from Post Malone's Go Flex to Eminem's Lose Yourself to Guns N' Roses' Welcome to the Jungle, a wide variety of genres are represented.

Bonus: The Spartan Unbreakable theme, a Spartan original, is the last track. You will want to run through a brick wall after blasting it.

The Stronger 21 Playlist

Daily workouts can be tough to keep up with. (Unless, of course, you are Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena). If you're going to work out every day in January, you will need to be properly amped up. This collection — highlighted by Kanye West's Stronger, Eminem and Nate Dogg's 'Till I Collapse, and Trapt's Headstrong — was picked purposefully, to help you power through 20-to-25-minute workouts. These tunes give you that extra bit of oomph that can be difficult to muster.

The Spartan Games Playlist

Want to train like a pro athlete? You need a playlist that makes you feel like one. These 40 songs — featuring Dylan Sitts' Ringside, Enigmanic's Driver of Time, and Donell Mase's Beat 'Em Up — were featured in Spartan Games, presented by Harley-Davidson, a four-part series chronicling the hardest extreme fitness competition in the world.
