Warmup
- 75 jumping jacks or jog 5 to 10 minutes
- Dynamic warm-up
Main Set
For 4 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:
- 3 burpees
- 6 push-ups (any variation)
- 9 bodyweight squats
- 6 box jumps
Rest for 4 minutes and repeat.
Beginner Version: Perform the workout interval x 2
Advanced Version: Perform the workout interval x 6, and then finish with a 2- to 4-mile run.
