does not fit well - disappointed

I am 6ft and 210lbs. I ordered these shorts in XL based on the website's recommendation, primarily for high intensity training. My first reservation was that the XL shorts are too long, they snag over the knee and offer resistance when doing any movement that involves squatting. I got these exchanged for size L. Was a bit flustered to find that the L size fit very snug below the waist, there is no give and that could be felt when doing any movement that involved folding over, even if it was sitting. My build is athletic and certainly not fat, I am finding these shorts quite uncomfortable and I think the cut and the fit is unsuitable for any kind of strenuous workout whatsoever.

To remedy the length, I returned and ordered in size L

These shorts are perfect for workouts. They do not stick to my legs and the fabric is very breathable. Plenty of room to stretch, and perform various workouts for strength and fitness. I'm thinking about getting another pair.
