The 2023 Spartan Honor Series, presented by FITAID, is a U.S.-only series of races that commemorate and honor all those who overcome obstacles every day in an effort to serve and protect their country and communities, including our courageous military servicemen and servicewomen and first responders like United States Coast Guard veteran Drew Stokes. This series is not connected to the Elite and Age Group competitive series in any way, and we welcome all members of the Spartan and Tough Mudder communities (veterans and their families included) to come out and make unbreakable connections on the course, as participation at these one-of-a-kind weekends is open to all — no qualification necessary.
The virtues and values of the U.S. Military and Spartan are similar, emphasizing courage, teamwork, community, and a never-quit fortitude. Hosted at active military installations, Honor Series race weekends are the perfect way for American civilians to express their undying support for our country's bravest and most committed by experiencing a challenge and camaraderie that provides a small taste of what it's like to be a part of our Armed Services.
