Covered Resistance Tubes range from 4 lbs to 85 lbs of resistance, and can stretch to 199”, or 16.5 feet. The tubes are coated with a flexible nylon sleeve to enhance durability and protect the tubing from nicks, cuts and overstretching. The handles also feature a foam grip for total stability and comfort during your workout.
