What if I bought an Ultra Pass for 2024?
Purchase of an Ultra Season Pass in 2024 grants you 1 free year of Spartan+. This particular membership type starts January 1st 2024 and runs through December 31st 2024.
What if I bought a Season or Trifecta pass in 2024 and I want to purchase Spartan+ at the 50% discount
2024 Season and Trifecta Pass holders receive a 50% discount to upgrade to a Spartan+ membership. Your membership will be valid from date of purchase to the following year. Codes can be found in your pass welcome email that you received after purchase.
When do I get billed for my membership?
You will get billed the yearly or monthly amount upon the anniversary of purchase of Spartan+. Your membership will automatically renew until you cancel.

How do I redeem my 20% off merchandise benefit?
Your member-only discount will be automatically applied to your cart at the time of purchase. The only requirement is that you must be signed into your account with the Spartan+ membership attached to it. No discount code or special steps are needed.
How do I redeem my Free Shipping
Your member-only discounted shipping will be automatically applied to your cart at the time of purchase for applicable items. The only requirement is that you must be signed into your account with the Spartan+ membership attached to it. No discount code or special steps are needed.
How do I redeem my Free Returns
Your member-only discounted return shipping will be automatically applied within the returns portal. The only requirement is that you must be signed into your account with the Spartan+ membership attached to it. No discount code or special steps are needed.
How do I access the Member Zone?
First check our schedule to see which events the tent will be at.One you have arrived at the event you will need to check in by providing your last name at the kiosk. Once you are verified you will be given a wristband which will give you access to the tent for the day. Check In is required each day.

How does my guaranteed wave time work?
When you register for a race in the Open Category you will have the option of selecting a wave time. This selection will be guaranteed to you on race day. If you wish to race as part of a team this guaranteed time does not extend to other members of your team. If you are part of a team, your start time may change to a different start time in the same time block to accommodate your team.
How does my 100% Ticket Protection work?
If Spartan cancels or reschedules an Event for any reason, including cancellation.Spartan will automatically refund you where an Event is canceled and not rescheduled. No action necessary.

How does my Photo Credit Work?
Spartan+ Members will receive a promotional code once per quarter (up to 4x per year), with a value equal to or up to the cost of 1 high resolution photo. Credit can only be applied post event, to either a 1 photo purchase or towards a photo package bundle. To receive their quarterly promotional code, Spartan+ members must be members in good standing for at least 3 consecutive months.
- Spartan+ Members will be able to apply this promotional code to any photo purchases AFTER THE EVENT only.
- Spartan+ Member Promo codes will NOT be valid for photo package purchases made in the registration process or before the event. Promo codes can not be retroactively applied to purchases made prior to the event, or purchases that are completed without inserting and applying the promotional code.
Promotional codes can not be “stacked” and must be used one code per transaction.

How do I access workouts and programs?
Download The Spartan App and once you have purchased Spartan+ either on Web or In-app you will be able to access the Train pages.

Discount can be redeemed at spartan.com, and can't be used in addition to other sales, codes or offers.
