Morning: 10 Burpees, 10 Stretches, 10 Words of Wisdom
The theme of the morning? The number 10. Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena is doing 10 of everything, and he wants you to do the same. That means 10 sets of 10 burpees, 10-life changing stretches, and 10 words of wisdom.
Morning Training: 15 Minutes of Fire
Are you ready for 15 minutes of fire with Spartan pro Emilee Stevens? This workout consists of four exercises: sit-outs to up-downs, mountain climbers, burpees, and squat jacks. Do them each for a minute (including a minute of rest), and repeat the circuit three times.
Lunch Break: Sweet Potato Chips and Healthy Tuna
When you're home all day, you need to resist the temptation to snack. But if you are going to snack, make it satisfying, crunchy, healthy, and delicious.
