Turmeric and Avocado Egg Salad Wraps

Creamy egg salad on fresh greens.
Nothing tastes better than egg and avocado salad wraps seasoned with turmeric.
Tumeric and Avocado Salad Wraps
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbs Greek yogurt (We recommend Powerful Plain Yogurt) 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp turmeric 1 medium ripe avocado 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
- Place eggs in a large pot and cover with water by ½ inch. Cover and set on stovetop over high heat.
- Allow water to come to a rolling boil. Leave covered, remove from heat, and allow to sit, untouched, for 15 minutes. When time is up, run eggs under cold water then peel.
- Dice eggs and avocado. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, and turmeric. Add eggs and avocado. Mix gently to combine.
- Serve in romaine leaves.
