Compete in Burpee Bowl LVI on Super Bowl Sunday

Compete in Burpee Bowl LVI on Super Bowl Sunday
Presented by Spartan Training®

Ah, Super Bowl Sunday! There's absolutely nothing like it. Great food, great friends, a joyous atmosphere, and the grandest sporting event in America. What more could you possibly ask for?

We're Spartans, though, and that means there are no days off. Not even on Super Bowl Sunday.

As you enjoy your healthy appetizers and watch the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams duke it out at SoFi Stadium for the Vince Lombardi Trophy, challenge a friend to Burpee Bowl LVI!

How to Compete in Burpee Bowl LVI

1. On the morning of February 13, a Spartan Instagram post will outline the Burpee Bowl LVI instructions. Tag a friend, or share the post with a friend.

2. One of you will choose the Bengals, and the other will choose the Rams.

3. If one of the challenges — outlined below — is hit, your opponent must complete the exercise written under it.

4. Giveaway Bonus: Record a video of your friend fully completing one of the exercises, post it on your Instagram story or feed, and tag @Spartan. You'll be re-posted on our Instagram story and rewarded with a free Sprint race ticket.
