Great Display Rack, One Semi-Con

The rack itself feels really stable and is a cool way to display all of the medals earned from my races. The one semi-con thing is I wish was that either this rack was a little bigger or create a separate product/rack with more rungs.

From bad to good.

The holder I had ordered came with a rattle sound. Once the gift was opened, it was clear that it was disassembled and there was a nail missing. However, I contacted customer service via email and they were quick to fix the problem. My experience overall was good. As I read through so many similar reviews, something may need to be fixed since it seems to be a common occurrence.
