Other than the whole "Free returns for a Price" the service worked. I was able to return shoes without paying any additional money, since I had already paid money to do a return.

Cannot find how to submit a claim for a lost delivery. Delivery service has already completed their investigation and concluded that a refund is in order but still have no way of submitting a claim through Spartan. I have requested a follow-up from Spartan, but it has been 5 days and still haven't heard back. Will try again, and again...
