Returns
We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges for any merchandise purchased from our online store that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, original packaging, and receipt or packing slip within 31 days of purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund.

Warranty
OUR SPARTAN RD PRO BY CRAFT ONE-YEAR GUARANTEE
No product is indestructible, but we think the new RD Pro shoes are pretty damn close. We are so confident these shoes will last through your toughest races that if they are damaged or destroyed, you may return the shoes within one year of purchase for an exchange.*
*The guarantee is limited to one (1) replacement pair of shoes the same size and style, up to twelve (12) months from date of purchase. In the event the style is no longer available, a style of equal or greater value will be substituted.
- Shipping and handling are not covered. You will be responsible for covering shipping and handling costs for the replacement pair.
- Guarantee only covers the upper and eyelets of the shoe. Damage to the sole through normal wear and tear is not covered.
- The guarantee is applicable if: [1) the sole has split or is removed from the upper, 2) the outsole is worn through into the midsole, 3) the stitching has failed, resulting in a split or torn seam, 4) the upper is damaged, forming a hole, or 5) the eyelets are detached from the upper.]

- To protect all our customers, we cannot accept shoes under the guarantee (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Shoes that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned, or
- Shoes returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance. Purchases made at race events or on shop.spartan.com can only be exchanged through our customer service team, we will not accept exchanges or returns at race events.
